We want our customers to be happy! We will be glad to make an exchange or send a merchandise credit if you are unsatisfied with a product. You must contact the buti-bag company within 14 days of receipt of shipment. The buti-bag company will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a Return Authorization.
