2) Type of storefront (brick and mortar, online only, both)**we regret we
are not able to approve e-bay or other auction-type stores**
3) Contact information so we may contact you via email and phone
4) Copy of official federal EIN or business sales tax license
5) Upon approval, you will be sent our official wholesale policies, pricing structure and order forms via email.

Ordering:
Orders may be placed via email to wholesale@butibag.com or via fax to 888-742-6829. You will be sent an order form via email which can be used to place orders.
Delivery:
Delivery is usually between 2-4 weeks dependent upon materials and inventory. Please note, during major market events, delivery may take up to 6 weeks depending upon demand levels. We sometimes have a slightly longer wait time for the most popular styles. Backordered items will be shipped as available.
Shipping and Handling:
We ship via FedEx Ground or USPS and tracking information will be sent as package/s are shipped if an email address is provided. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance and shipping supplies/handling time. Expedited shipping is available at additional expense.
Payment:
We accept VISA/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER, PayPal and company checks. Shipment is not made until funds have cleared.
Minimum first orders are $175; subsequent orders are $125 or more. Mix and match of products and styles is acceptable.
